From travel arrangements to onboard experiences, each answer has been thoughtfully crafted to provide clarity at every step. Reservations
Accommodation: The Orient Express Corinthian offer includes luxurious all-suite staterooms with Butler service throughout. Jacuzzis and Sunbeds are available in some suites.
Culinary options: Epicurean delights are also included with two gourmet restaurants and two private dining restaurants. Eight elegant bars and lounges with fine wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages. In-suite dining is also included 24-hour.
Entertainment and Leisure: On board entertainment such as live music, interactive programs, workshops, Marina platform, watersports, two swimming pools, game room, library, cinema, recording studio, kids club (select cruises) and unlimited WiFi by Starlink are included in base fare.
Wellness and relaxation: The Orient Express Corinthian experience also includes wellness offers such as hammam, sauna, and movement studio with instructor-led classes.

Our dedicated team welcomes you at the airport, takes care of your luggage, and ensures a smooth transfer to your hotel, the city, or directly to the terminal. Enjoy effortless check-in with our personalized assistance before stepping on board, where your journey begins in comfort and style.
At the end of your voyage, we remain by your side. We handle your disembarkation with care, organizing your luggage and arranging seamless transfers back to the airport or into the city. From pre- to post-journey, we take care of every detail — so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience.
- We accept payment via credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard) and through bank transfer.
- For groups of 6 suites minimum and up to 12 suites, and a value-added amenity of a 300€ onboard credit per person with a private welcome reception.
Cruise cancellation requests received within 120 days of the Sailing Date will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
- 121+ days prior departure: Full refund*
- 120 days prior departure: 25% of the total amount
- 90 days prior departure: 50% of the total amount
- 60 days prior departure: 75% of the total amount
- 30 days prior departure: 100% of the total amount
*Minus administration fee (500€ per suite) not refundable, can be used for future bookings.
Guests are encouraged to take travel insurance to seek refunds.
Arrival and Departure
- Embarkation schedule may vary by port*, but generally opens at 15:00 until 60 minutes prior to departure.
- Disembarkation schedule will commence shortly after the yacht’s arrival in port once the yacht has been cleared by local authorities, generally from around 8:00 am. Please refer to your departure time indicated in the letter delivered in-suite by your butler.
*Final confirmed schedule and port details will be provided via email by your personal concierge shortly before your sailing date.

We kindly invite you to review the following travel requirements to ensure a seamless journey.
- Passport Validity
Your passport must have at least six months’ validity beyond the end date of your voyage.
- Name Consistency
In accordance with port security regulations, the name on your passport must match exactly the name on your booking. Discrepancies may result in boarding delays or denial of embarkation. If you notice any inconsistencies, please contact our Conciergerie team as soon as possible.
- Visas & Travel Documents
We invite you to ensure that all visas, health documentation, and entry permits required for your voyage itinerary are obtained in advance. As requirements vary by destination, early consultation with your local embassy is highly recommended.
- Customs / Duty-Free Regulations
We recommend that you consider the customs declaration requirements regarding the value of cash, or any purchases made during your trip, both on land and on board.
- Health Requirements
All guests are required to complete a health questionnaire within 72 hours prior to departure. This is a mandatory step to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and crew. Health questionnaires are online, please follow the link
Important Notice: Guests without the proper travel and health documentation will not be permitted to board. Please note that in such cases, the cruise fare will be non-refundable.
Personalized Airport Transfers
- From the moment you land, our Meet & Greet team is at your service. Simply provide your flight details in advance in My Sailing Portal or to your personal Conciergerie. You’ll be escorted to a private vehicle for a smooth and comfortable transfer to the cruise terminal or your pre-voyage hotel.
- Airport transfers are included for arrivals within 50 miles (80 km) for our Signature Suites, and up to 100 miles (160 km) for Penthouse Suites.

Onboard service
- Smoking is permitted onboard, but only in designated areas. You can smoke at the Speakeasy bar and on dedicated spaces on the outside decks.
- However, smoking on guest terraces & balconies is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
Please be aware that failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine.

- While there is no strict dress code aboard the Orient Express Corinthian, we suggest a "Yacht Casual" attire for most occasions.
- For dining at La Table de L'Orient Express by Yannick Alléno, we recommend wearing a sport coat, evening jacket, tuxedo, or cocktail dress to enhance the dining experience.
- The dress code for shore excursions varies depending on the activity; casual chic is suitable for dining on the beach or in a vineyard, while elegant cocktail attire is recommended for more formal events such as Gala evenings.
- While there is no strict dress code aboard the Orient Express Corinthian, we suggest a "Yacht Casual" attire for most occasions.
- On designated Family Voyages, children aged six months to fifteen years old (included) are welcome when sharing a suite with an adult. For the safety and comfort of all guests, infants under six months old are not permitted aboard.
- Families traveling with little ones under two years old must be accompanied by a dedicated babysitter throughout their voyage. Additionally, baby cots can be provided for younger guests in selected suite categories, and certain suites offer flexible arrangements for families.
- Our Kids Club “Les Mousses” offers engaging activities with a dedicated team during operating hours, and babysitting services can be arranged upon request for excursions or gala evenings.
- Across the yacht, some venues remain reserved for adults, such as the Speakeasy and Wagon Bar, while La Table welcomes children aged twelve and above. Wellness areas such as the Spa, pools, and Marina require adult supervision, though dedicated treatments for children are available.
Children aged sixteen and above are welcome on all our voyages.

Complimentary Shuttle Service
- For your convenience, when the yacht is positioned outside the city center and not within walking distance, we offer a complimentary shuttle service.
- Guests who do not have a scheduled experience or excursion booked can still enjoy easy access to the heart of the destination - comfortably and effortlessly.

Due to the bespoke nature of your experiences, we recommend booking early to allow time to develop your custom experiences. Reservations for optional experiences open 120 days prior to departure after final payment.

Health and Safety
Your wellbeing is our priority.
- Our yacht features a fully equipped hospital on Deck 3, complete with a pharmacy and emergency diagnostic equipment.
- A doctor and nurse are on call 24/7, and all crew members are trained in first aid.
- We recommend guests bring their personal medication and a copy of their prescription. Should the need arise, consultations with specialist doctors can be arranged either onboard or ashore.
- For select activities, medical staff may accompany guests depending on the level of risk.
- Our yacht features a fully equipped hospital on Deck 3, complete with a pharmacy and emergency diagnostic equipment.
- As the vessel is not equipped for assistance during pregnancy and childbirth, pregnant women are allowed to cruise if they have not reached their 24th week of pregnancy during the cruise (embarkation and disembarkation included).
- All pregnant women are required to provide, when boarding the yacht, a medical certificate, issued by a specialist gynecologist, attesting to their fitness to take part in the cruise until the end of it.
- As the vessel is not equipped for assistance during pregnancy and childbirth, pregnant women are allowed to cruise if they have not reached their 24th week of pregnancy during the cruise (embarkation and disembarkation included).

- Public areas are generally wheelchair accessible, and emergency-use wheelchairs are available onboard. Guests requiring mobility aids are kindly asked to bring their own.
- All included experiences are open to disabled guests, with select activities adjusted for accessibility.
